My vote's for a shift forward to Q4 3400; Shroom's got the BEEEF coming up, for instance, and that's in Q4. But once we get to Q4, I think we need to commit to a jump to Q1 3401 in fairly short order- say, by the end of January or the first week of February.
Q4 is when I'm planning the end of the Shroom fighter story, so that works.

How, exactly, did people come to the conclusion I was talking about who would replace him on the map when we're all already on the map, and when I explicitly mentioned Timothy's status as alt-mod in the same line?

nobody is being "voted" to replace Wilkens' place on the map.

Servian Republic, and right now nobody. I'm going to discuss with mods on whether to keep them or delete them, since they've had no involvement in wider storylines as of yet.

No one. It is either going into a supremely isolationist phase until Wilkens comes back or the game ends, whichever comes first.
Anyway, if my vote matters, I vote for Simon as a mod. He's a very level-headed fellow who seems to have a good grasp on how things should work here and, unlike me, I think he'll be able to make the commitment since I don't think he has a "kid" that would infringe on his time quite so much.

There's a reason the NenAltKik isn't represented at the psychic games: all our psychics are indoctrinated shock troopers. I also have to say I grew quite fond of including psychic powers in the game after I considered a psychic allosaurus in power armor carrying the equivalent of a
GAU-8 avenger.
