I would give this one to Sisko. He has more experiance fighting with Federation warships then Picard does. Plus, he was an engineer who oversaw the design and construction of the Defiant, so he has more technical expertise than Picard, which could come in handy in fight against two equal ships.

I disagree. Picard has commanded starships for a longer period than Sisko.
