According to Illuminatus Primus, who seems to know his stuff pretty well, KJA referenced it in the Essential Chronology (which I have yet to read, but ought to).Stormbringer wrote:Where and to what extent?Durran Korr wrote:By being referenced elsewhere in official material.
Which is hardly reliable. It includes everything including stuff that has been more or less ruthlessly purged. It's got everything in it to an extent. I find it far more telling that it's been ignored, mostly, by the EU at large and in some ways flat out contradicted.Durran Korr wrote:According to Illuminatus Primus, who seems to know his stuff pretty well, KJA referenced it in the Essential Chronology (which I have yet to read, but ought to).
One thing that has been referenced is Zorba the Hut, who is Jabba's father. He was originally from these books, and was referenced in Rebel Dawn, IIRC.Stormbringer wrote:Which is hardly reliable. Like I said, some of it's been included else where while the main thrust of the stories have been tossed aside by the rest of the EU.Durran Korr wrote:One thing that has been referenced is Zorba the Hut, who is Jabba's father. Well Ismaren was in the book Rebel Stand, he was Lord Nyax then.Stormbringer wrote:I think that was supposedly just rumor.Admiral Johnason wrote:Didn't he get a woman pregnant for Children of the Jedi? The love child was named Ismaren.
No, It was only a rumor that the kid was Palpatine's. He wasn't really.Admiral Johnason wrote:No, it was a book as I recall. You're just joking with me now aren't you?!
