You can't really blame her for having trouble coping with normal human life. Can you imagine what it would be like trying to function in any human society if you've been completely controlled, probably right down to when you blink, for most of your life?
But it's true people rarely need a rational reason to be pissed off at somebody.

The Voyager crew had plenty of reasons to be pissed off at her. Besides her shitty, superior attitude, there was the blatent favoritism the Captain showed her. To the extent that if I didn't know better I'd say the two were fucking.
