No more "Enterprise"

Post by Tribun »

I read it in my newspaper today, and was surprised, that it wasn't here already.
Star Trek "Enterprise" is no more with us. The show was canceled, so there won't be a fourth season. The three already made will be the only thing remaining. (Please no analogy to TOS which also only get 3 seasons, ENT was 1E^20 times worse than it)
By the way, my newspaper also had an interesting picture for it:
Enterprise's end

I scanned the picture from the article, and even if the picture is only fake, the article was not.

Can you scan the article? I'm surprised your local newspaper will indicate it is gone but not Startrek.com, UPN.com, scifiwire.com etc

And where did the newspaper get this information from? Last I heard Bakula was meeting with a Paramount Exec to discuss a change of leadership for the show (byebye B&B).

Do I look like I know everything?

Let's simply wait if it is true or not.

Doesn't it say in the article where they got the information (industry insider source or some such), I don't speak (or read for that matter) German, I would like to but if I did it would only encourage people to not learn English and I can't have that responsibility on my head. :)

Enterprise cancelled? To early to tell. I haven't seen any indication the show would be cancelled. But I keep my hopes up. :D

Was this referred to Enterprise in US being canceled or Enterprise in Germany being canceled? I just saw something on the net that Germany bought in Enterprise episodes but stopped showing them due to poor ratings. Can that be it?

I see nothing about it on Google, Trek Today, or the official site.

Tribun, it would be nice to know if the article actually names any sources for the information. You should be able to tell us at least that.

There is no source for a cancel named in the article and it claims, that Enterprise is a hit in Germany.

And a large part of the article sings a praise on TOS.

The show still has potential, if they could just get someone other than B&B.......

I like Enterprise. I'm honestly starting to not care how much dicontinuity there is. Hell, most of the Trek series had continuity errors with each other.

Well, I haven't watched since the fifth or sixth episode of the first season so I don't really care if they cancel it or not.

It should be worth noting...PAD is also under the impression that Enterprise will be cancelled soon.

On that note, let's hope Enterprise will be treated like TAS, canon-wise.
