There are all kinds of ways you could adjust the count. You could totally ignore the "maybes" and "long time agos", as I ignored the "never really happeneds".

He seemed pretty attracted to Anij in INS, though I wouldn't blame you if you were choosing to blot out memory of that film. He was also depicted as being even more attracted to Lily in the early version of the FC script, though first draft's aren't canon (and considering that in that version, Troi had the power to singlehandedly order the ship to autodestruct, you can see why).

Anyway, he might not be gay! The Nausiicans (sp?) might have knifed him in more than just his chest!

He did do Vash later in the same episode. He's just not into mindless flings. He likes to be able to have intelligent conversation during his one-night stands.

So? He still has no sex drive or apparent sexual interest in women. His "romantic relationships" with women are indistinguishable from platonic ones.

Data. Think of all the frustrated women who could use him for sexual release. Think about it, Data will not go around telling others who slept with him like some (or most) men, complete confidentiality. The women can have a wild fling with him and go "not a word of this to anyone" or "erase the last 2 hours from your memory" and that would be that. They'd be happy and Data would be well...I don't know...think of him as a fully interactive sex toy I guess.
