The Maquis sould not get off. I noticed a few posters saying they should here's one very good reason why they shouldn't. That Dreadnaught Missile. They capured ot and Tores with the approval of Chakote(sp) reprogramed it to hit a Cardassian Colony, a colony full of non-combatant men, women and children.

It was actually a fuel depot they retargeted which is a valid millitary target.

Nothing gets forgiveness more than success.
Whatever crazy stuff went on, they did make it back.
As well, After all the problems that they had with the Cardassians, trying them would simply be embarassing and they might be able to use it politically to hurt the Federation. The same with with Janeway. Just have a ceremony and retire everybody.
