Kirk in the Dominion War

Post by Jason von Evil »

I was thinking, how well would Kirk and the original crew of the Enterprise far during the Dominion War? The original Enterprise is replaced with a Sovereign or whatever Feddie ship you choose. Kirk and the gang are the same age as they were during TOS.

Kirk and crew bite it when a fucking incompetent Admiral puts them into a wall formation and throws it at the Dominion wall formation. The end.

Pfft...no imagination.

He obviously seduces any Changling because Male/Female...they'll accomadate him, and viola war ends in a matter of days after the rousing orgy he has with the Great Link.

Kirk might actually do some good in the Dominion War. He was something Starfleet had very little off. A man who could command men. In modern Trek Captains rule their ship by committee. Picard pratically calls a meeting to decide what to order from the replicator. Kirk on the other hand is a commander better suited to making decisions on his own and with little input from the Admirality.

Kirk meets a sticky end, after discovering, that even after fighting his way to the Founder homeworld, curing the beautiful female founder, making the male founders jealous and engaging them in a massive ripped shirt fisticuff, the ageing flab of William Shatner is no match for the timeless gelatinous flab of the Great Link.

Notice the part of my post where I said that Kirk and his crew are at the same age as they were in TOS? :P

Enterprise fights brilliantly, but there's only so much one captain can do in the fact of Starfleet's tactical and strategic incompetence. And considering that the best ship in the fleet will probably get the dirtiest, nastiest jobs, it's doubtful they make it to the end of the war.

i think kirk would choke at the incompetence that has become starfleet, stage a rebellion, take over for himself then spend time shirtless seducing the hawt changeling females. ;)

One ship and one out of date commander are not going to do much. This is like saying "What is John Paul Jones showed up in WW1 with his own battleship?"

Didn't Odo get it on regulary with Kira? And in Favor the Bold, female founder states(while sitting on the bed with Odo), "So, that's how solid's experience intimacy."
Well in that case the changeling could make a bad joke on Kirk, and formed the wrong set of genitalia.

In the Dominion War the E-E was rarely seen, the Flagship of the Federation can hardly be pulled away and sent to secret staging areas. I'm sure the Dominion had spies to watch for these things.

Kirk and his crew would best serve on a front like battle group, preferable in a Defiant. Also i'd make Kirk the commander of the Fleet. His reputation along would spur on the Captain's under his command. Kirk is historicaly the man who got things done and who brought most of his crew home inspite of impossible odds.

Did I say their ship will bear the name Enterprise? No, I didn't.

The ship shall be named the USS Stravo.

Yes dipfuck, and now I'm trying to decide if you didn't read my post or if you just know jack fuck about history.

JPJ commanded a frigate. I said he got his own battleship (You know, those things that were modern in WW1). You then say I didn't read the OP.

Congratulations, you're retarded.
