Not too bad... though the face and hair could use a bit more touchup with the dodge and burn tools (a hard thing to do, I must admit ><). Other than that, it looks pretty good.

Maybe color it with Photoshop? I think the current coloring isn't that uniform.

Wow, you did a damn good job with her hands. The problem is that they're very nicely shaped, while the rest is blocky.

I like it alot. She's got a hypothetical "space tan", with dark skin and sun-bleached hair caused by unfiltered solar radiation. As for proportions, her head is a big big for her body, but it's not too monsterous. One thing to consider about her outfit though. Women and one-piece jumpsuits become mortal enemies when it comes time to pee, because women have to climb all the way out of them in order to make peace with the porceline throne. Unless that is a skin tight pressure suit, you might consider making it two-pieces.

It is indeed a pressure suit (pilot's variant, specifically) with a chemical-extraction "piddle pack" built in that hooks up to a holding bladder in the backpack (not shown). In an emergency bailout situation, this becomes part of the survival hydration system. The standard uniform she would wear aboard ship is a two-piece.
