who would win?

assume that each knows about each other. Blade has his arsenal from the first movie and Nightcrawler fights like he did in the beginning of X2.

night crawler woudl win. blade is fast but nto telepotation fast.

*BAMF* Nightcrawler teleports right behind Blade and crabs a hold of him.
*BAMF* Nightcrawler teleports a kilometer or so straight up and let's go of Blade.
*BAMF* Nightcrawler teleports away. Gravity will do the rest.

That depends on iff NC can see where he wants to land, though i suppose several shorter jumps would solve this.

He doesn't have to. He usually only jumps to places he can see to avoid porting into the middle of something. That shouldn't be a problem if he jumps into the air. Unless there is a bird there or something.

Is this Movie Nightcrawler?
If we use comic 'Crawler we could just give them both swords.
I'd love to see Kurt outfight Blade weilding the sword in his tail.

Nightcrawler had a dagger at the beginning of X2 but no sword. Otherwise all he would have to do is port right behind Blade and cut off his head.
