Basic tube thingy manipulated with colorizing, inverting colors, and softening. Took me about an hour. Wish I had a better background, btu I'm still pleased.
[EDIT] I forgot to mention I played with the contrast quite a bit, as well, to lighten the color ofher skin. ><

Tube brush. Pretty much the same as MSPaint's Paint Brush tool, except with much finer controls.
