The Galactic Police, & the WWWA have teemed together and posted an Open Bounty in the Billion Credit/Woolong range on a very dangerous criminal terrorist.

Kiyo, Mihoshi & supporting cast from Tenchi, plus the whole Crews of the: Outlaw Star, Bebop, Lovely Angel. Just happen to be on the planet and have a good break that may help them catch the perp.....

Ok, how much damage and who get's the collar.

My guess: the planet sustains immense damage. Vash escapes, helped by Ryoko who wanted to prolong the fun.
