Holodecks use holograms, force fields, and replicated stuff. When the program ends, everything disappears, even the replicated stuff. So most likely the cum is taken away in the same process. Using transporters probably.

The ship is supposed to be able to clean itself, so Im sure the cum is done away with. Heck, after the simulation is over maybe there is a 5 minute cleaning period where replicated mops and buckets clean it up. Replicated Pine Sol too. Hehe, Fantasia all over again.
