Anyone know if its possible to place a URL link in an image?

You just need to write the image adress,but make sure the server where the image is from allow remote linking.

Hmm.... Ok, let's say I want to have a line of dialogue that a character says in a cartoon bubble go to a link. How would I do that? Some type of image map?

It should be something like that, though I've probably made an error in the syntax.

EDIT: Ignore above.

In that case, I recommend Flash.

Normally you'd have this:

If you're doing what I think you're doing (adding a link into a Maulrats panel) then using an imagemap like you did on the main navbar is a good idea.
