That is perfectly appropriate for the upcoming WWII Transformers/GI Joe crossover. That kicks ass!

OMG, you kidding right?
Devolution is quite as natural as evolution, and may be just as pleasing, or even a good deal more pleasing, to God. If the average man is made in God's image, then a man such as Beethoven or Aristotle is plainly superior to God, and so God may be jealous of him, and eager to see his superiority perish with his bodily frame.

You haven't heard? They're going to make a Transformers/GI Joe crossover that takes place in WWII. Cobra is actually an elite Nazi guard, GI Joe is the allied equivalent, and all of the Transformers turn into WWII vehicles. Here are some of the known transformations.

Starscream: Some sort of German plane
Megatron: A Walther pistol
Grimlock: the tank from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (don't know the actual model) :P
Bumblebee: A US motorcycle and sidecar
Ironhide: A Warthog armored car
Soundwave: A radio phone

And Shockwave is going to be one of those huge German railway cannons.

Well, it's pretty well known that GI Joe and Transformers take place in the same universe.

At least as far as the comics. I'm not so sure of the cartoons.

Sort of.

In the MU...they essentially slotted GI Joe into a seperate universe because it would not seem right to have Cobra using Cosmic Cubes. Thus Cobra, GI Joe, and all that entailed never existed in MU proper.

Transformers on the other hand was in the MU proper(TF#3...guest starred Spidey). But they kept it in basically it's own corner and ignored. When TF vs GI Joe came about...they pretty much forgot that TFs existed in the MU proper, and basically established that TF's exist in the Joeverse and ret-conned the former thought that TFs exist in the MU proper.

Currently, GI Joe and TFs exist in seperate universes with this story being a alternate universe seperate from both.
