Big engines = good. Also, perhaps you could make the reactor bulb a bit larger, to reflect it has a bigger, more powerful reactor.

Very nice! But a few complaints:

On the bridge tower globes, a few quad polys are broken into two triangles on the wrong way. The lower right part of the starboard globe in Step 15 shows this.

And why ISD-1 style thrust vectoring? The ISD-2 had a ring around each engine bell instead of the three plates.
