Who wins? Pellaeon has a force of three star destroyers (Chimarea, Stormhawk and Relentless) Ackbar has 4 Mon cal cruisers, Iblis has his fleet of dreadnoughts, and Daala has 3 star destroyers also.

My vote personally would be for Pellaeon, after all, he served under Thrawn, and probably learned some tricks

Since six dreadnaughts equals one and a third ISD's,, wooops :D

Daala is out of this Ackbar already knows her stile as Tarkin stole his style from her and Ackbar knows all of Tarkins movies, Peollon(Post Thrawn) stands a good chance of winning this but so does Ackbar depends who is hurt by what an alot of the makeup of Peollons and Ackbar fighter squadrens.

Iblis only has 6 dreadnoughts? I thought he had more then that....oh well, we could say he has some sort of backup ( a couple of bulk cruisers or frigates maybe?) to make this a bit more fair.

That is a tough one between Pallaeon, Ackbar, and Iblis. But my vote goes to Pallaeon.

I pick Pellaeon. But Ackbard is my second choice. He's got a lot of experience too in combat.

Daala is in the poll? :P  Even with an SSD she loose anyway. Remember Dark Saber?

I cast the first vote for Garm Bel Iblis, because he's Corellian, giving him luck as well as skill, and 3 of his Dreadnaughts pinned down the Peremptory in Dark Force Rising. Plus,

Although I think that Iblis is the best commander, Dreadnaughts cannot destroy a fleet of ISD's or Mon Calamari cruisers. I think Ackbar's forces are the best, and I think he is competent enough to win the battle. In large part, though, that is because of his fleet. I think that the order of skill goes:

Iblis

Pelleon

Ackbar

Daala.

Daala is only good before the battle begins, but she is better at organizing than the others. I think that they all have their talents (Iblis is a better tactician; Ackbar the better strategist), but in this battle I think Ackbar's forces are better and his minor deficiencies too small to allow the others to win.

Remember the General Iblis has part of the Katana Fleet, but only a few. I believe it was 6.

I would say Daala. I've always thought that Pelleon was weak because he has too much of a tendency to retreat even with a massive tactical advantage. Then Iblis, then Ackbar.

[perverted thread hijack]

Daala would win hands down. All she has to do is lay the funk on, then it's her, Pelleon, Iblis, and Ackbar in the most funked-out 4-way in the galaxy

Pelleon is the winner , but not by much . He would probably for while Thrawn was alive he must hav studied some of his tactics, but hes not a bad tactition
himself.
He might come up with an ingenius plan or not
Ackbar come second fo he has a good lot of experiance.
The others stand no chance agianst these two.
It dosn't totally matter the size or strength of your army ( the rebellion showed us that)but the tactics you use ,like exploiting their weakness.
So I believe that the other three teamed up Couldn't beat Ackbar Or Pelloen

Pellaeon. He's been with the Imperials for half a century, and he's probably learned a few strategies over time. If Ackbar had all 3.2km Home One-style ships, he might win.

Ackbar just because I have to feel sorry for him with the lines he has in ROTJ.

"It's a trap"

No shit Sherlock.

"That blast came from the death star!"

No it came from the other planet destroying weapon

"Our cruisers cannot repel firepower of that magnitude."

Personally I like Moff Jerjerrod.

Vader: The Emperor does not share your optimisitic apraisal of the situation.
Jerjerrod: But he asks the impossible, I need more men!
Vader: Then perhaps you can tell him when he arrives.
Jerjerrod: The Emperor's coming here?!?

No, Lord Vader was just kidding. YES HE'S COMING!!!!!!!!!

That parts brillaint purely because Jerjerrod looks like he just shit himself when Vader mentions the Emperor.

ROFL, if that isn't the truth. As the scene is coming to a close and Vader walks away I sometimes half expect Jerjerrod to steal a stormtroopers blaster rifle and fire and Vader repeatedly and then take off in his shuttle to get as far away as possible. No wait, he'd be a chicken to fire at Vader. He might kill himself though :D
