Well, by the time the E-J was in service, the Klingons were members of the Federation.Tsyroc wrote:It looks to me like someone took a fucked up futuristic version of a Klingon ship and then glued a squashed saucer section underneath it.

It's from the ENT episode Azati Prime. Daniels took Archer into the future to show him why the formation of the Federation was crucial to the galaxy. He brought him to the Enterprise-J to watch a battle between the Feds and the Sphere Builders.Typhonis 1 wrote::wtf: Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?????Enterprise J ???????????????

Enterprise B was boring.Dark Primus wrote:I think they should stop at E-E.
E-F sounds idiotic.
Enterprise F, H, J, K, L, M, N, O, S, U, and Y are bad.
Enterprise G, I, P, Q, T, and V are ok.
Enterprise R makes me think of Somethingawful's jokes about Type R cars.
Enterprise W and Z are horrible.
Lastly, Enterprise X is cool because anything with X means instant cool.

Hey! B5 ships are cool! Grrr!DocHorror wrote:I agree, it doesn't look particularly good. Looks kinda B5-ish to me.
Oh and the Steamrunner is cool. the Intrepid class looks like a lazy prostitute.
I actually like this design because it shows quite well where SF designs are headed if the Federation doesn't reverse it's Next Gen trend of pussification.
I mean, that looks like the Legolas of ST ships.

They say, "the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots." I suppose it never occurred to them that they are the tyrants, not the patriots. Those weapons are not being used to fight some kind of tyranny; they are bringing them to an event where people are getting together to talk. -Mike Wong
But as far as board culture in general, I do think that young male overaggression is a contributing factor to the general atmosphere of hostility. It's not SOS and the Mess throwing hand grenades all over the forum- Red

well whoop de muthafuckin' shit, i don't have to recognize anything as canon. No one regonizes enterprise as canon, if you dont like it then you can drink the rain water at the bottom of the 1st street amtrak tunnel.Well whoop de shit. Its canon and you don't have any say in it.
Course the calendar itself isn't canon. But someone had to give the makers a proper design to work off of for the Enterprise-J, so the design as shown is likely legit.

what you been sniffing chlorine off the blue plains mixing tanks, V ships are way better looking than that shit called Enterprise-J. The V ships are one of the best designed ships in Sci-fi. Starship troopers have some of the best designed ships as well. I do agree on Independence Day.No way. I direct you to Starship Troopers. Also to V and Independance day.

It was relabled from Enterprise to Star Trek: Enterprise, making it canon. It doesn't matter what you feel, Paramount's canon policy makes it clear that Ent is canon.Dennis Toy wrote:well whoop de muthafuckin' shit, i don't have to recognize anything as canon. And if you don't like that, then your welcome to jump in front of the 1st street amtrack tunnel.

it still aint canon, do you know that if Gene Roddenberry didn't say it was canon then it isn't. That goes for Voyager too. TOS/TNG/DS9 is canon, VOY, ENT is not. So you can also dig into the 1st street amtrak tunnel and lick bird shit from the rails.

That quote is specifically used because of the Darkstar tactic of only using a certain quote by Lucas to disqualify everything not seen in the movies. I'm almost positive that Paramount decides canonocity of the series.

The E-J is indeed a PoS. I cannot believe how badly they are now butchering simple engineering. It's almost as if they WANTED their new ships (ie. Valdore, E-J) to be ridiculously flimsy, with the worst possible volume:surface-area ratios.
