Romulan disruptors

If I am not mistaken Romulan disruptors are green. In Nemesis both starships disruptors on the Scimitar, Valdores and Reman guns fired silver bolts.

The starships also lacked beam disruptors. I remember in Message in a bottle Warbird's were firing multiple disruptor beams from their forward arrays. Same goes for the Reman soldiers who lacked beam weapons and used pulse disruptors.

So it seems there has been a great change in Romulan energy weaponry after the Dominion war.

I attribute this all to the unending vortex of suck that was Star Trek : Nemesis....

Pulse and beam weapons are actually very common in the Romulan fleet seen in TNG, DS9 and VOY.
