yea and they developed the phase cloak illegally too............just like real life --- not everyone follows the rules. The key is too keep it secret enough so that the romulans don't find out. and when they do, send section 31 to kill them!!!!!!!11

Battle of Cheron was the last battle of the Earth-Romulan War.
As to what exactly happened, well we'll just see if, should it not get cancelled, how ENT shows (or screws up) this. Whatever they try, it won't compare to the Dominion War...
