Don't care for either, but I care for ENT even less. I'm sorry, I consider continuity a big issue, and I'd prefer it not be curb-stomped when it's inconvenient to maintain.
“There are two kinds of people in the world: the kind who think it’s perfectly reasonable to strip-search a 13-year-old girl suspected of bringing ibuprofen to school, and the kind who think those people should be kept as far away from children as possible … Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between drug warriors and child molesters.” - Jacob Sullum

Jesus, talk about a loaded question. It doesn't really offer much choice - pick one, and you're right; pick the other, and you're STILL right.
I chose Voyager, as that crapfest spawned two novels which are considered canon by Paramount (at the same time Peter David languishes in their casual disregard). Burn!
Enterprise also had a better premise in my opinion than Voayger's, which was flawed since day one. Plus VOY outweighs it with 7 seasons of badness, while ENT struggles for a 4th year.

There needs to be a third option
Like " NEITHER "

Like " NEITHER "
"Of course, what would really happen is that in Game 7, with the Red Sox winning 20-0 in the 9th inning, with two outs and two strikes on the last Cubs batter, a previously unseen meteor would strike the earth, instantly and forever wiping out all life on the planet, and forever denying the Red Sox a World Series victory..."

If ENT and VOY were people, Voyager would be a fat, pompous dullard while ENT would be the little retarded kid who likes to play baseball and smiles at everyone. At least ENT is trying, and if it's a train wreck, at least it's not a train wreck so enamored with its own mythology and convinced of its superiority that you want to punch everybody involved in it.

I say Enterprise is better for the Following Reasons
1, Ent Captian, This guy used intelegent methods of extracting information, wicth includs Nearly spacing a guy and that whole faked Subspace corador thing. Face it, of all the ST captians after Kirk, he's the biggest badass. Voy Captian, Kathy Janeway has the Intelagence of a Dung bettle and about Half the Sex apeal.
2, Unlike Nelix, Porthos can't talk
3, I tend to think that Enterprise has some level of Excusment from Continiutiy Errors on the grounds that Special effects and that the world that the Origenal star trek was suposed to evolve from had changed. After all, they did not have Hackers or Terrorists like we do today.
4, In season 3 they had a good plot going with a very good villian race (Xindi)
5, Linda Park looks better than Jeri Ryan (although that could just be me)
6, Technobabble has been towned down
7, The Uniforms look simple, practical and like somthing a real life military could use

The Xindi is one of the most unique races in Trek, with the Insectoids, Aquatics and Avians being the most unique among them. The whole "multiple species" thing was cool.
The Earth SF uniforms are, in my opinion, the best since the red TOS movie era uniforms. Function and practical.
Archer is pretty badass, especially the way he killed that Reptilian commander with an explosive.
And yes, Linda Park is hotter.

ENT, at least it started to show improvement by season 3, Voyager was all downhill since episode 1
'Ai! ai!' wailed Legolas. 'A Balrog! A Balrog is come!'
Gimli stared with wide eyes. 'Durin's Bane!' he cried, and letting his axe fall he covered his face.
'A Balrog,' muttered Gandalf. 'Now I understand.' He faltered and leaned heavily on his staff. 'What an evil fortune! And I am already weary.'

Enterprise has:
1.) Pockets
2.) Toilets (at least they've been mentioned)
3.) Rifles with telescopic sights
4.) Grenades
5.) Toothbrushes
6.) Actual sex
7.) A captain who doesn't pretend he's a saint
8.) Sports people actually pay (even if it's water polo)
9.) Pecan pie (although VOY had cheesecake, so they win there)
10.) People who openly admit they're military
