Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt anyone. I will delete the passage. However, i thought the quote from AOTC and the smilie was a hint that it was a joke.

It was already decided that people who flame trekkies to brown nose will not be tollerated. People have to make their own arguments.

Might want to think about witch smiley you use next time. The winking smiley would have more indicative of a joke.

Yes, I'm truly sorry. I will refrain from making any such jokes in the future. No hard feelings, right? I mean, I'm really glad that Enterprise was renewed, and I hope, as I wrote in my post, that we'll see some resolution to the series.

Jokes are fine, you just need to make sure we can see them as such. For a new member to come in making a joke like that without us being able to tell, it looks like "Me Tooing".

Ahem.

Enterprise will see a seventh season, I am confident. I'm not particularly a big fan of it, but there's no doubt about it.

Ah, who am I kidding. Let's hope B&B die with it...

In terms of effects and photography and to some extent, acting. The stories are the main problem (the Xindi arc included).

The story is about as good as we are going to get from Trek (or most TV shows), I think the Character work needs focusing on more than anything. After all Kirk and Co could spend work after week fighting furry apes of space hippies yet it was worth it just to see the characters interact.

What exactly do you find lacking about the Xindi arc?

The fact that it's basically a redo of the plot for Space Cruiser Yamato for one... :P

The problem is really the characters. None of them are that compelling or engrossing. I have serious doubts as to the allegedly pre-planned "story-arc," but I would be willing to forgive them for that if the characters were interesting, and I've been fairly disappointed with them, even now that the series appears to be improving.

Yoko? What the hell? :?

No, it technically shouldn't, because while the original Japanese title does translate into English as Space Battleship Yamato, the creators have chosen the official English translation to be Space Cruiser Yamato.

Well tough shit, because that's not what the creators want the damn show to be called in English. :P They say it's "Cruiser," so "Cruiser" it is.
