Ok, so now the dominion war is over. Odo linked with the female changeling and now they aren't as paranoid about Solids and don't actively seek to conquer them.
The unicomplex of the Borg was destroyed by a computer virus given to them by the future Janeway (that wouldn't destroy the entire collective though, just the complex, they're supposed to have thousands of planets in the delta) it would be absolutely huge of this map were canon, I think it's from the TM http://www.digisys.net/users/cosmo/map2.htm Shinzon is dead. I was wondering, are the feds and the dominion allies now? Or just non-aggresive "neighbors" There was also the issue of romulans who had taken systems during the war, that might not return them when the war was over.

We know little of the current relationship between the Feds and the Dominion, though it is likely one of just non-aggresive "neighbors". In the DS9 relaunch novels, the Dominion has allowed the UFP to resume its exploration of the Gamma Quadrant - disrupted by the war - yet only in areas outside of Dominion control.
The Romulan issue on the systems they captured has yet to have light shed on it. There is a chance that the A Time to... series might shed more light on that, as could the upcoming Tales of the Dominion War Anthology.
As for the state of the Collectibe, nadda in the Voyager relaunch novels save for a very B 'n B storyline (at least thus far; there are only two currently released thus far).
