I am 5'8" which is fine by me. I don't need my head sticking out in a crowd and get it blown off by a sniper.
I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."

172-174 cm ... don't know exactly, as the last time I measured my height was about 5 years ago. However I do't think I grew up too much in this time.

And I have no ideea how much this is in Imperial units.

5'9". Not quite as tall as I would like, but about average, and not short.

6'7", and I absolutely fucking hate being this tall.

I have to duck under trees that my friends can walk effortlessly under.

When I was learning how to drive, I had a hard time sitting in the driver's seat because I had to sit with my right leg angled due to their not being enough room. After an hour like this, my leg would be so damn sore I would have a hard time walking. Hell, I have a hard fitting into a car period.

When I get on to a bus, I have to sit on a side seat because I can't fit into the normal seats.

Strangers will constantly tell me I should play basketball or football.

etc, etc, etc.

And at the end of the day, I'll still have someone telling me it must be so great to be so tall.

Just. I'm below their average height actually, I'm right the edge of where they'd accept me. It's kinda scary to think that average dancer there is about the height of my sister, and she's about 180cm!

BTW, aren't you a little young to be watching teh b00bies? :P

I'm probably around 5'4"

I haven't measured in a while so that could be wrong.
