TIL how surprisingly fucked-up HOA's and by extension, local governments are in the States. Seriously, WTF America? How did you think this was a good idea?

It does also beg the question of how, given America's notorious issue with gun violence, there aren't more stories involving HOA boards being shot.

TIL that reverse cowgirl is the most dangerous sex position, and responsible for 50% of all penis fractures.
Well, that has scared me off suggesting this to the wife.
I just looked up the odds for penis fractures and it's something like 1 in 175 000, which puts reverse cowgirl breakage at 1 in 350 000. IIRC that's well below the odds of being struck by lightning. You'll be fine.

TBH? I think HOA's started as a way to keep POC's out of 'good people's communities'. It was all power-creep from there, as petty little tyrants became the ones who wanted them, and wanted in control of them, and enjoy making people's lives miserable, especially the lives of those who are "Not Our Kind of People".

Oh... Nothing learned Today, but Thursday I learned that the small Bookmobile's breaks *will* stop it before it hits two spotted fawns and their mama deer, but only if the mama deer runs sideways down the road to escape the big metal thing honking loudly as it stopped maybe a foot from her.

I'm starting to go down that road tallying landmarks and street signs so when I *DO* hit a deer I can give 911 a better location than "Somewhere between Prince and Layland". At one point there are no street signs, just "You are entering/exiting National Park & Preserve" signs, which will narrow it down a bit...
... assuming I have cell coverage and can call out....

We do have a small sign with the kilometer mark (sometimes even at 500m interval) at the side of any road, so you are never more than 500m away from any of these to report your location. Is that not something you have in the US?

We don't have them on all roads here in North America. All highways have them, major roads usually do as well, but there's a lot of smaller roads which have no distance markers of any sort.

We have those on Major Highways. The Route I take is not a Major Highway. TBH, I don't think I've seen ANY mile markers on it. I'll look Thursday to make sure, but it's rather hard to notice when I'm busy making sure I'm taking this one curve at 35mph, and not 40mph which would be Very Bad.
And also trying to watch for deer. Or bear....

They are similar, the main difference between them is that granola is sweetened and baked, while muesli isn't. I find granola tastes better

Yeah... "Panther" is a more generic name, and even the Cougar (Puma concolor) has been called that (the cougar has about 40 regional names, including "puma", "mountain lion", "catamount", and "panther")
