Endeavour (ITV) *Spoilers possible*

Did anyone catch this Morse Prequel on ITV tonight? I liked it a lot better than Sherlock yesterday. There was a nice contrast between the intellectual young Morse with his tougher old fashioned DI boss. Kinda like a genteel Gene Hunt/Sam Tyler thing.


I know it's supposed to be a one shot but I hear its likely also a not-so-stealth pilot for an ongoing series a dearly hope they make.
