When you do "bbs.stardestroyer.net" in Google and do "I feel lucky", you get this:

I get an error where when I try to post it says "Post Mode Not Specified." I hit the Back button and do it again and it works fine the second time.

The site now refuses my login password, saying it is expired. So I get an email, saying I can change it, I do, still screws up.
Any way around this?

Hmm, past hour SDnet's RFS (Real Slow) and I get 'connection refused' errors.
I wish an extremely painful death on that Mierda de Toro Java on the server...

I've been getting those "connection refused" errors all day. It usually fixes itself after a few seconds so I'm guessing the board is just too busy.

Didn't matter where I was trying to go. I got stuck in the Testing forum. >_>

Not those stupid "change your password" popups again. It's now telling me I have 647 days to change my PW before it expires. Thanks. Remind me in a year.

hrm. for some peculiar reason the board has a tendancy of giving me 'page cannot be displayed' results whenever i go to click on a topic after a certain time. then i try clicking on the Index url or the back button and it gives me the errors again. sometimes the only way i can fix it is going back to the main login or using the encrypted server.

I'm getting some odd popup with asking screen name and password in the Hos or specifically the Stewie RSA thread.

Probably linking to a picture that's now auth-user only.

That would be some asshat suddenly taking offense to someone hotlinking a pic off their server. If someone doesn't want people remoting their shit, they need to put a robots.txt file (so Google bots can't see it) or put a password prompt on it in the first fucking place!!

The archive board's search function no longer returns more than the first two hundred characters in a post.
edit: Actually none of the search options work now, under milleniumFalcon at least. BlackSoul works, not sure about the others.

Sorry guys, I just updated from version 2.0.6 to 2.0.7 (no new features; it's a bugfix release). I tried to keep the downtime to a minimum but I think it ended up being down for about five minutes (and that's where that "install and contrib directories" nonsense came from).
PS. About the search function problem on the Archive board, that was a dry run for the version upgrade on the main board. Once I fixed that I was able to do the main board upgrade.

I've noticed the past couple of nights that the backup seems to take close to thirty minutes; not sure if this is a bug, but I wanted to report it.

So is it fixed now? Because whenever I do search on the archive, I never get results from before February 18th 2004.

Hmm, past few days I've never had a connection-refused error. Did that Java get killed?

Spacebattles is something different. The forums at kier.3dfrontier.com have been down for days.

My sources tell me that it's a hardware issue involving an IDE HDD and a SCSI controller...
