Once again, I imagine there might be some teething issues since I just made this tonight.
I kneel before our generous Sith overlords.

Seriously though, this is just like it was before. Same good colors with better workings under the hood. Thanks!

That's so much easier on the eyes than Subsilver... I've concluded that we are, in fact, living under a benevolent dictator.

Very minor display issue: the "New topic" and "Reply" buttons at the top and bottom of each page are sliced off at their extreme right end

I can live with the slightly sliced buttons. Thanks, Mike, much appreciated.

Hey guys, I think I know how to fix the small issues with the new "classic" BlackSoul theme, but I'm hitting the road Saturday morning for a week-and-a-half long trip, so I won't be able to tinker with it more until I get back. Hopefully, the board is in a state where it is fairly usable at the moment.

Everything seems to be working fairly smoothly right now. Have a good trip, and thanks for all the effort you're putting into this place.

Perfect! Thank you!

I don't see any obvious glitches, everything looks pretty much the way I remember from before the update.

Working fine here, thanks for all the work you've done! Have a safe trip!

So I just realized we actually have a widget (or whatever the right term is) for notifications on replies to individual posts, holy shit. This is probably the single most useful update the board could have gotten.

This place is running without a doubt the slowest and most disfunctional it ever has for me. It took several attempts since this morning to even be able to open a forum at all to complain, and I still can't get the Sci Fi forum to load. Some kind of process or something must be running in bursts and crippling performance, because at other times it's been functional enough, if always slower then the previous version. Right now its lagging just picking up my keystrokes.

Keystroke are handled client-side within your browser. If it's taking time between you hitting keys and the letters showing up in text fields, that's on your end, not the server.

<nod> The only time I ever have keystroke lagging is when I'm running a 3D render at the same time, and it's such a big and complex scene it's thrashing my system pretty hard.

Keystroke lag is almost exclusively a browser/PC issue on the user side from what I'm aware. Personally I've noticed pages occasionally taking longer to load, but little other problems otherwise.

I will say this. Depending on the time of day the forum does run extremely slowly for me. Like right now it takes me about 5-15 seconds to load a page. And posting tends to just freeze up.
