I'm guessing ribs or sternum.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Oh Christ, please tell me that didn't actually hit his knee...

EDIT: Fuck, it did hit his knee. Short field for the Giants. C'mon D.

Ok. So that ball hit Williams, but the refs blew it dead. The Giants are gonna get it, but not the touchdown.

The second play where Ted Ginn's absence is blatantly noticed.

Huge stand to be made for our defense right now.

Whoever is the one to let the ball hit his knee: Giants MVP.

It reminds me a lot of Stephen Shelton fumble against Northern Iowa last year. You really have to be aware of what constitutes a live ball and what doesn't. I remember the game callers talking last week about how aggressive coach Harbaugh is about grabbing the ball no matter what to increase the chances of a turnover even if you look stupid so I am surprised he didn't scramble for it.

On a separate note, I wonder how much hate the SFPD in Giants jerseys are getting. Maybe ideas like this can be used in other places like Dodger stadium to keep fan violence down.

All right, just need a field goal. Come on, offense. Don't let this go to OT.

EDIT: Christ, either the offenses are just sucking right now, or the defenses are being totally awesome.

Unless we get a Hail Mary off and convert, this thing's going to OT.

EDIT: And OT.

Plus we lost the coin toss.

Wow, Rogers looked to have a definite interception right there before it was knocked away by his own teammate.

Goldson has to be more aware. He has broken up two interceptions.

Nah, it bounced off his fingertips. I'm just glad it was incomplete. I do agree that Rogers might have had a better chance, though.

EDIT: I mean, if Goldson hadn't come in.

I think you have to go for it here, a field goal wins it and the Giants will have only about 20-30 yards to go.

Edit: Half the field, I misread where the punt was from.

The AFC game begs to differ. Still a shot, albeit long.

Kyle Williams, 49ers special teams, strikes again as Giants' MVP. Way to go.

The funny thing is that Kyle Williams would have been far more effective this game if all he did was sit on the ball.

Williams is going to get the blame, but it was our receivers COMPLETE INABILITY TO GET OPEN that lost us this game. 1-12 on 3rd down. Davis is great, but he is a tightend and can't win a 5 quarter game by himself.

I really think Smith should have just kept going for hail marys until it worked.
