Are there any Senate decisions, such as title revocations or moderatorships, that are unfulfilled?

For future reference, why do we not simply have the Whip record the results of each vote here, and annotate the decision as being implemented or not (as appropriate)?

I have no problem with that aside from the fact that I'm on the road until later tonight so it may take me a bit to fully review outstanding votes/unanimous consent decisions.
