S yeah I'm a day behind but the poll is final as of Thursday 8/23 at 11pm Eastern. At that point with 35 members voting a quorom is present for buisness. With 31 members voting for the measure and none voting against the measue passes. if the appropriate mod could so enact the will of the Senate has been made known.
