Given the hyperbolic nature of his claims, it seems reasonable to assume he is violating PR 3, which is a rather serious matter: it belies a lack of honesty and willingness to indulge in lies simply to gain the attention, if not support, of the more established members of the board.
It is also worth noting that Kadaeux has been
HoSed before the claims he made of "self-defense". This is another mark on his record, and though the
partial apology somewhat mitigates his errors, it does not fully concede the points laid against him, since he still stands by the "'esteemed scientists

'" remark which, from what I can tell of his replies, paints modern biologists as equivalent in knowledge to medieval Church-sponsored geologists who felt the Earth was flat.
The lying and prior flushing of his posts both count heavily against him; unfortunately, since Kadaeux is relatively new, with only 147 posts (as of this writing), a brief skim over his posts doesn't show any major contributions which would cancel out the dishonesty and, to be frank, blatant stupidity of posting such ridiculous claims: e.g., what the hell kind of person would put his friend into the ICU for simply making fun of him?
In conclusion: ban him.
A Government founded upon justice, and recognizing the equal rights of all men; claiming higher authority for existence, or sanction for its laws, that nature, reason, and the regularly ascertained will of the people; steadily refusing to put its sword and purse in the service of any religious creed or family is a standing offense to most of the Governments of the world, and to some narrow and bigoted people among ourselves.
