I don't know that the repair teams did much improving on what was already there, but maybe the Castle had some ideas. Things the Heterodyne Brothers would never do for it.

I'm feeling positively giddy at the thought of seeing a fully operational, improved Castle... Am I a bad person?
Or simply a Spark?

I'm sort of expecting the entire city to get up as a giant clank now with the castle as its head, that would be an awsome double page spread for christmas. 8)

It's been four years and nine months since Agatha arrived in Mechanicsburg. How long has it been in-story?

I think it's been maybe two days.

Siccing clanks on Agatha was never going to work out. Funny how Gil is suddenly the bad guy at the same time Tarvek is making himself useful.

Nope, two down in less than 5 seconds, and the third clank is looking confused. This round goes to Agatha.

One day to enter the castle, an unknown amount of time spent within the castle, and then this battle, which seems to be going on about a day, already.

Two days are the baseline, I agree.

FOUL!

A true spark would never use something like plain force if he could use a mad contraption!

On the other mechanical hand, he just tried using three mad contraptions and failed, so he fell back on force, which has the benefit of always working. If brute force doesn''t solve your problem, you didn't use enough.

Except that works against him too. If Agatha can't defend herself with her contraptions then she could use force too. Stomp on Gil's foot and then whack him with her lightning rod.
