A New Hope, when the Stormies enter the room that Threepio and Artoo are hiding in on the Death Star..Look on the right side of the group when they all enter the room. You'll know it's happened because you'll hear a loud click right before one of the stormtroopers talks.

In the next scene you can also see him rubbing his forehead, you can definately tell that it hurt. Poor guy

About the only thing that is this funny from ANH is Peter Cushing. Apparently he had a problem with the big Imperial boots so he only wore them one for all the shots of him standing fully visible. in all other scenes he reportedly wore a pair of fuzzy pink bunny slippers, just to be comfortable.

Anybody noticed, that when Luke is standing before the ruins of his house, his hair is blown by the wind in the different direction than the smoke from the ruins? A tornado or something ;)?

Look under his left (your right) arm during the second "Move!". You'll see his reflection in something......
