Retrieval of CD Key

Post by Illuminatus Primus »

I can't find my RA2 CD Key. I installed my new computer. Is any retrieval possible?

I don't know if this trick works on everything, but there was a program I had, and lost the cd key. When I opened and explored the cd, it was in a folder on the cd. heh. some security.

I lost my Diablo II CD-key (damn stickers do NOT stay on forever), and I just called Blizzard. They were extremely helpful. All I had to do was mail them my CD in its case with the manuals and they shipped me a new one.

And, as a reminder, we do not want to encourage people to go out and break the law via using illegal CD keys or associated tools that enable you to get around that particular security feature, regardless of whether we think such security is a good idea or not.

Someone gave me a Starcraft box, with manual, registration cards, and everything else (including CD key), but kept the original CD. I thought that was kinda weird at the time, but whatever.
