No, thats Bob Kerry, from Nebraska. ex-SEAL. He was they guy that held a press conference one day to admit he was a part of an alleged war atrocity. i suppose he just wanted to get it off his chest, it must be hard living with something like that for so long...or maybe someone threatened to come forward and epose him. either way i havn't heard much since he came out and admitted it...and quite frankly i'm suprised nothing ever became of it.
