Look, if this fucking douchebag can do it... so can you. This inspires me.

Why am I not drawing comic books again? Post your 'inspirations' and we will all be inspired together and get off our fucking asses.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

No but reading through it now: 'Giving Rob Liefied a copy of a how to draw comics book' is a great joke but the execution and the guy's 'apologies to me for what you did to avengers!' comes off as really lame.
The comments are hilarious in their overreactions one way or the other,
The thing that gets to me about Liefield is that, the human brain is hardwired to spot things "Wrong" with a human body. The basic human shape is so built into us, that when we see something off, to virtually anyone, it just cries out. Even as a kid I knew the basic shape of a body, feet, legs, arms, etc.
What truely boggles me is how ANYone could look at Liefields work and not instinctivly feel ill at ease. You can't even claim it as artistic "style" because the damned guy is never consistant in his malformed people.
Praying is another way of doing nothing helpful

"Outlaw star has spaceships that punch eachother" Joviwan Read "Tales From The Crossroads"! Read "One Wrong Turn"!
They shouldn't have given him a "how to draw" book. They should have given him an anatomy book (preferably one involving perspectives), because he can draw, just incredibly badly and lazily.
Credo!
