In the movies, the force is Black and White, good vs. evil however in EU the force is a friggen rainbow of colors (just ask the biotch Vergere...I hate that character with a passion) so, because they have lost their belief in the force, and are trying to spin the force around their personnal belief...

My problem with the slugs and lizards is that they are rediculous. I think that they would be something that Palpatine and Vader would have used the death star against because they would have been a threat to them. However, If they wernt a threat, then that begs the question 'why not?', maybe becaus...

My opinion-Hayden...meh..didnt like him must though he pulled thru in RoTS. Portman-could have done better...like actually getting involved with the role than just acting it. ...I never saw Windu die, so for all we know that 'BMF' is still around somewere...and for those who say the fall could have,...

what im figurin: 2-3 years, just to figure out how to operate the ISD's 4-7 years just to try to talk with the other species, longer with negotiations 8-10 years just to map out part of the galaxy so they can make reliable hyperspace jumps, during that time of course they will locate other species w...

The rear arc cannon: reason for that, is that when an opponent is on your 'six, they are extremely dangerous, by haveing even a minor weapon that fires back there, it can throw off the other fighter pilot..either by distraction or downing them. Typically, fighters are not known for being able to fir...

My favorites, dispite what you all think, is the Xwing series: both by Alston and Stackpole. The main reason being because they dont screw around with the force that much rather more of a military mindset...i think anyways

And before you say that the Fed's have a universal translator, consider this, it only has about 250 languages in it. the SW universe has millions. I wish i had the screen shots, but in both Rebel and Empire ships you can clearly see that they use a written language totally different than English. So...

Which will mean precisely dick the moment a hyperwave transmission is sent to the Empire's command that the first strike group was wiped out by both imperial ships and alien vessels of an unknown design. Ten years is not enough time to build an industrial and technological base that could even hold...

Im not the one resorting to name calling: However, what i do know from personnal experience is that unless you there and doing it, you do not understand how to do it, not practically. Such as, you can read all the manuals on how to be a good infantry man, but until you actually use those skills, you...

Reasons the Feds would loose: 1.) Even with the 5 ISD's they would rely on 'tried and true' tactics that they have experienced, this is evident in all military operations example: before world war 2 everyone thought that the battleship would win naval wars. It was until the US was forced to learn ca...

Therefore, when the first reports come in that this phenomina has opened (escpecially if its close to core worlds) they would deploy a large force, possiblly several sector forces at the least to ensure that if there is a battle there will be a sufficient force to defeat all unknowns. Um, they didn...

Kinda off topic in a way here but i do have a question: Whats the rate of fire for the main phaser bank of the Ent-D? Now assume for a moment that the Ent-D is equal to a ISD What the rate of fire for the ISD? keep in in every description I have seen for starwars capital ships they put out a 'wall o...

Alright, assumeing the Empire has a week at most to respond to a wormhole (a phenomina they have never seen before). Stratigically it would make good sense to deploy a large enough force to guard the wormhole, while smaller ships explore the other side. One ship comeing back with some data about som...
