Re: Trump calls to "Terminate The Constitution"
Well, is it sedition yet? snip... Probably, but not likely beyond the level of sedition permitted by the same document he wants to invalidate. What it should be is instantly disqualifying for holding literally any office of public trust, but palling around with the likes of Nick Fuentes, who openly...

And the special master is sent home - the 11th Circuit has told Trump to go fuck himself. WASHINGTON (AP) — A unanimous federal appeals court on Thursday ended an independent review of documents seized from former President Donald Trump’s Florida estate, removing a hurdle the Justice Department said...

In a senate with a Democratic majority so fragile it breaks if you look at it funny, Trump skates out with a final vote 57-43 to convict.

Pretty sure that most sensible OS vendors have their update servers locked down such that unless the company was compromised not much is getting in. Similar issue with telling the target system to download your "patch", since that'd be so close to the root config that changing it for malic...

Ah. Yeah, it has a bit of a learning curve (cliff), but there is a bit of the AAR RPG stuff with the core Paradox titles.
For an excellent example, Thanas' runs in CK2, EU4, and Victoria 2.

Rom, Crusader Kings 2 with A Game Of Thrones mod is the best that I've seen out there. Also, CK2 has just good Medieval vibe going for it.
As for me, Slay the Spire and MtG:Arena have been my go to games of late, mostly just for being busy with work.

This certainly seems interesting. Time might be a bit of an issue for me, but it would be an interesting thing to follow.
One note: because of an update from 2017 or so, spoiler tags have been broken, so you might want to put the character creation into another post.

Based on vague context clues (also Yank), I gather that the government is basically the Prime Minister and her Cabinet.

While the Senate remains in GOP hands for a time, the House is in dead heat per the AP, though Fox (yes, I know, it's running in the background because conservative family members) is presently projecting a Democrat win there. Kobach lost in Kansas, so I'm happy for them. I'm slightly more leery of ...

Except he wasn't cleared on any of the ten charges that did not receive guilty verdicts. Hung jury resulting in a mistrial is not the same as a verdict of Not Guilty. Manafort is thoroughly eligible to be retried on those ten counts, plus whatever counts are waiting for him in the D.C. trial next mo...

Last week we had several middle-school aged football (American) campers come in to watch a movie. When some of them mentioned looking at something in a toilet, my coworker went in and said that it was backed up with something. Then comes closing time: Me: So, you have a choice - Adventures in Teenag...

The pacing of the film disappointed me, I enjoyed it, but there were some parts that just didn't do it for me. Though the final fight was pretty cool.

Yeah, Rome would probably have hit space more quickly than either OTL or Herringed Germany. Add a voice for Herrings in Spaaaace, though Rhineland would be interesting from what I recall from the intro post for it in SDNW4, if a touch mad. I think Stelaris will be the next choice, and having Bismark...

When I first heard Bare Necessities I wasn't happy, because all I heard was the banjo and thought that they had turned it into a country(ish) song. Which is very far removed from the swing tune Phill Harris did in 67. Having finally seen the movie and gotten the whole audio mix (working in the theat...

He already did that. Started in CKII, ported the save up and went through to the end of EUIV.

And the second (EUIV)
Though a new Thanasia might also be interesting.
