If so, it happened off screen.

That one page just implied sister's power. Sending is a 4th level spell. no limit due to the bond, I can see being about the same level.

So, she's at least 7th level. To make a better sending, would probably be a higher level spell, so she's probably at least 9th level.

Useful backup if need be.
I've been asked why I still follow a few of the people I know on Facebook with 'interesting political habits and view points'.

It's so when they comment on or approve of something, I know what pages to block/what not to vote for.

She specifically said she managed to reduce the spell's level.

You could say you need more knowledge to do something like that, but that's hand wave territory.

Yeah, but lower then 4th is the prototype using the Blood Oath. She she also said that she wants to make it work without the link between them from the Blood Oath. That would therefore make it more powerful then the base 4th level spell. Therefore, probably at least 9th (or it's going to have one long ass casting time)

Always good to try to get some outside help. Or just a different viewpoint. Ray's really matured

And behold, the probably real reason Roy didn't become a Cleric or Paladin, despite the celestial in charge of his resurrection way back when telling him he had the stats to do either.
Never underestimate the ingenuity and cruelty of the Irish.

Therefore, following RPG logic, it's going to explode in their face with the force of a nuclear weapon
