Highly unlikely. Standard US policy in case of nuclear attack is a full retaliation. North Korea would be a smoking, radioactive crater.

With one bomb, NK could take aout as many people as there are in their entire country. Also, besides the missiles themselves, it's not like NK has anything worth destroying. Also, it's a small country, and neighboring SK could be affected. But, that's if we use a really big bomb.
