Location: Ocularis Terribus.
The Doctor creates a holodeck program to let him experience having a family, so he can better understand and empathize with his patients. Then Torres introduces more chaos and randomization into the program that ends with the Doc's daughter dying. And I guess Tom gets trapped in the elemental plane of Wind or something, but no one reaslly cares.

Chuck ah, took this one a bit personally. Not as funny as a lot of his reveiws, but worth a look for other reasons.
