I tattooed a white target on Betty's butt, but I'm afraid it's too small to see. You'll have to aim pretty well.

Oh, and you'll need a LOT of penetrating power.

What, flying harmlessly over the target? No, what you want is a Flower Class Corvette, the hull was designed as a whaler but adapted to be an ASW escort. Now you just yank off the 4-inch gun and add the explosive harpoon gun back on while keeping the nice racks of depth charges.
