I know it sounds fucking silly, but there is no other source that is gonna have human bodies in the varied positions you see in the dirty movies. It really gives you a good sense of how bodies move and work. It is also a good source for showing bodies interacting together.
Just don't ape porn too closely... or you get the 'magic' that is

Constantly drawing one of your own hands in different poses is also very useful.

Just experimenting a bit with backgrounds and effects. I'm not super happy with the composition, though, and I didn't capture the falling as well as I'd have liked to.

I sketched this after watching The Amazing Spider-Man. I wanted to give a sense of him reaching his peak after making a swing, and if I traced in in Photoshop I’d probably adjust the proportions so the legs are a bit higher off the ground.

Thank you very much!
I'd like to open this thread to suggestions of what to draw, simply because I don't want to fall into the trap of only practising what I can draw already. By taking requests I'd like to think it'd be like doing kind of proto-commission stuff.
But I can definitely feel signs of improvement: While I always understood it in theory, I think I'm getting a more intuitive sense of how shape and flow contributes to what I want out of a drawing. Indeed, I'm finding I'm able to "trace" the images in my mind more accurately: you'd think when you visualize something you have a very clear idea of what it looks like, but it's actually incredibly fuzzy. I find that with practise I've become more able to sort of solidify my conception of a mental picture.
