Seeing as I don't follow comics, how long has Aunt May known about Peter being Spiderman?

Quite a while...but at this point, Peter has just recently revealed his secret identity to the world, which is why the Chameleon and a bunch of other supervillains are going after Aunt May and Mary Jane.

Mary Jane has apparently taken down Chameleon with a baseball bat before according to Wikipedia. Poor guy, keeps getting beaten up by Peter's women

The comic author mixed up their poisons - arsenic is tasteless and slow.
Almond tasting and fast is cyanide - and this is mentioned in so many movies and TV shows and stories that it should be well known to the authors and editors of comics.
TVWP: "Janeway says archly, "Sometimes it's the female of the species that initiates mating." Is the female of the species trying to initiate mating now? Janeway accepts Paris's apology and tells him she's putting him in for a commendation. The salamander sex was that good."

Actually, does anyone else get 'The Landlady' vibes from this little thing? It seems disturbingly similar.

There's later pannels that show that she just was screwing with Chamelon, and actually hit him with some of MJ's sleeping medication in the cookies.

B5B7, Aunt May said that the taste was from almond extract; the medication was Ambien.

*then imagines if she'd actually used cyanide*

As said above...Aunt May just said it was Arsenic so she could see the look on his face (yes, she's that mean). It was actually sleeping medication.

Too bad; I would have found it funnier if she had actually put Arsenic in ;)
Almond tasting and fast is cyanide
Okay, how can anyone possibly know that?
Was some Darwin Award Winner's last words "Mmm, tastes like almonds!" *thud*?

Red and gold costume... damn, I haven't been paying attention for a while.

Just for the record, the Chameleon from the Spider-Man animated series was much more badass.

And has some niffty features to. But man that was cool. But didn't Her and MJ do something to another villian a while back that had broken into their apartment?

Does this take place in their apartment in Stark Tower?

You'd hope that Tony Stark would have better security.

Her expression as she holds up that sweater is priceless.

Too bad she grew her hair back. It looked better on her short.

Does this mean then that we'll see multiple variations of Spidey's costume? :)

The Iron Spider costume isn't going to last long now that Parker and Stark are on the outs, the word is that we are seeing a return to the black costume around the time of the film coming out.
