also, the leggings weren't too low on the first picture tbh, it was just that the cloth portion was so skin tight it was impossible tell it wasn't suppose to be skin.
Hm . The original idea was to have a kind of one-piece suit on top of which the rest of the armor would be layered onto. I kinda see where you're coming from in the crotch department and I'll see if I can fix that (probably just deemphasizing the lines). And I raised the leggings to make it a bit more balanced.

Hm. The dangling part of the shoulder armor is actually leather - I think I need to change it to look more like leather though. That way there's a modicum of protection, but also mobility. This armor is supposed to be more mobile than protective. Also, good point about forearms - I'll draw gloves or bracers.
As for the hands and fingers - I used both mine and a girl I know's hands to draw them, so they may look a little weird. Not sure what I can do to fix them.
EDIT: Heck, it can be cloth. I can't figure out a way to make it look like leather without totally redoing it. So, there's armor underneath that.
