I tried to portray it as a momentary lapse. The portion of his mental monologue that was going "Whores. Whores. Whores. Whores." It's like Homer Simpson and (insert food type here), only with whores.

At 50 thousand bucks apiece, equipping an extra 480 thousand troops will cost him 24 billion. They're quite literally gonna be helmet+rifle kind of infantry for a long time
