As for the Iron General, the IRT is pretty much working with him so we can exploit their resources

Do you even cooerdinate political and military stuff in teh MESS at all?

Begs the question really.
"No interference" my ass.
Yes, we do. This was a hostage rescue mission, nothing more. Like the ones to save those students from the Astoria Crisis (some of whom were your nationals, let us not forget).
But military operations don't go smoothly all the time. Especially since they had had more time in this scenario to hide the hostages and prepare for an attack, unlike the Astorian incident.
One of the standing op orders was to minimize as much as possible collateral damage. I feel confident the Lonestar troops did that as much as possible.

So long as you're not arming him, that's cool.
If anything you're the first one to take on the "economic aid to help Libertia" approach. Assuming all is as it seems.

Since we are going to be going into space and probing about, i decided to flesh out our system a bit. This is just the bare bones of the system, i am leaving further fleshing out to you likes who are in all likelyhood more knowlageable on the subject than me. Our sun is basically identical to Sol and none of these planets have any life besides possibly a few microbes.
1-Ceres, Mercurylike in most respects but larger with a diameter of 3,353 KM, Orbits at 113 Million KM. Notable for being the only planet in the system without any moons.
2-Nova Terra, Our world
3-Amaterasu, Venus sized world orbiting at 230 million KM, Amaterasu is reletively geologically active with a thick atmosphere, but not as such as Sol System's Venus. Has Three moons named after Japanese Dieties
4-Ra, Jovian Gas Giant like jupiter orbiting at 800 million KM Has thirty moons named after Pharaohs, the largest of which (Ramses) is the largest moon in the star system and the size and mass of Mars.
5-Thor, Ringged Saturn like planet at 1.5 billion KM, Has thirty moons named after Norse Mythological Figures and Vikings of Note
6-Nuwa, Neptune like planet orbiting at 3 Billion KM from Sun. Requires a telescope to See from Nova Terra, Has Fourteen moons named after Chinese Emperors
7-Yahweh, Pluto like world 5 billion Kilometers from the Sun, has two small moons, Moshe and Yeshua
There is also an asteriod belt about half way between Amaterasu and Ra, as well as several Trojan field like clusters. There is no risk of asteriod impact for the next few million years at least.

Just so everyone knows, the map of the Philippines I posted has been modified by more than just the name. I changed the distance scale too, so that it falls within the land area limit of a "Kingdom" sized nation.

You know, ProTec can probably undercut whomever you have running security right now. After all, ProTec is the largest and best private security firm in the world. Besides, don't you want someone with extensive experience in Libertopia?

So anyway Andreneas II is going for a jaunt. I figure it should tkae most of a month to tour through the MESS but after that I'd like to hit up state visits to anybody else who is interested in hosting the King and his entourage for a few days. Let me know.

The Emperor of Byzantium eager awaits the arrival the King Andreneas II to Constantinople, after he returns from Shroomia.

The reason I picked Mangka for the backtracking is because it is and remains a island of corruption, lots of shady things going on in there, and unlike FUN, OMSK, there are not strong finance ties between most MESS nations and most countries.
Mangka is a clearing house for scum and villainy, and if one were wanting to run guns, then you'd most likely do it via Mangka, even with the federal attention there are simply so many people who are loyal only to money not to be useful.
Prehaps the Shadow Empire is running guns for profit to Liberaltopia and using the ROB's to frustrate back-tracking, maybe it's "Saddamstain" or just elements within that country, heck maybe it's Sheppard, he's got lots of extra guns he needs to get rid of. Running it via Mangka is logical from a security standpoint, but due to the lack of trust and helpfulness between Mess and OMSK if either side trace it, they are going to be frustrated when it changes hands in Mankga.

I may be interested in hosting your leaders for a few days. Depends on whether the Duchy of Langley's not too far out of the way, though.

ProTec might also be interested in these helicopters, if they are cheap. Basically I'm putting in a low bid to acquire around 6 of them, and if anyone else seriously goes after the helicopters, they are probably going to get them instead.
On another military spending note, both ProTec and Indhopal may be interested in purchasing some of the cheaper UAV's different people are offering. (They might be really handy for the new patrol ships I just acquired). Are they for sale to non allaince members?

Minimum bid for the CH-53Es is $18 million. Minimum quantity is 3 airframes. Support contracts are also available for $3 million/year/airframe. Support contracts are handled by Bell-Sikorsky. Do note that only 19 airframes are left, 8 already having been sold to the Lonestar Republic.
As far as UAVs go, the MESS generally sells equipment to every government, regardless of alliance status, AFAIK. This especially applies to smaller scale items, such as UAVs. Bell-Sikorsky, for example, is selling MQ-8B VT-UAVs. Selling to private companies may be restricted, however.

So wait, apparently ProTec can attack Ramsley at will - they did specify those were Ramsley's men, right? - but a handful Orthodox volunteer "interbrigades" - 500 men to a nation of probably 15-20 million! - is "interference"?
Be wary, ProTec. Even though my citizens are just tourists, killing them could constitute a casus belli.
I see you are openly backing Alexander, so be it. But I tell you, be warned.
- BZZZT -
Ministry of Proliferation (I love the name, sounds so cool) offers Indhopal a few MiG SCAT UCAV drones. However, those must be bought by the Indhopal government.

ProTec considers itself warned. Our mission is to deal with the international threat of piracy and advise General Alexander's forces
only. We believe that by being his friend, we can help him towards a more prosperous future.
Indhopal might be interested in the drones, but their ability to be launched from a small patrol craft and their price are key concerns.
(BTW I may not be causing as much of a stir as you, ie. none, as I don't belong to any power bloc. A move by you or your citizens could be considered a power play by OMSK.)
Edit: ProTec is a privately owned company that has a very tight relationship with the state of Indhopal. For legal reasons it isn't part of the state, but virtually all its profits get taxed for projects in the country such as education and health programs. All of ProTec's contractors are also citizens of Indhopal, and held to its laws. They recruit ex military personnell from other nations with offers of dual citizenshipa nad land grants, as well as decent pay. However, most of ProTec's people are recruited and trained in Indhopal. The President of Indhopal and ProTec are also the same person, but the Presidential of office in Indhopal is mostly a ceremonial head of state role. Parliment has the real power. The people of Indhopal essentially have made the decision that security contracting is the best chance the nation has for developement, as it has little else going for it. (This is slowly changing, however. ProTec may start to have problems with its recruitment methods and operations if big nations take an interest and try to limit their power.)

OMSK as of yet has not explicitly, or even covertly, given any of the warlords anything. We haven't given them weapons or manpower. Such baseless accusations are meaningless.
Note also, that Protec should be careful with the manner of the missions it undertakes as part of the contract, and they should be transparent about them, and their objectives, lest suspicion befall on the company which incidentally has its President, the President of your country.

The whole issue of who's corporate and who's not is sort or murky. many corporate officer's also hold seats in parliment. And you better believe that ProTec is treading carefully now. It makes neither monetary nor political sense to be on the bad side of a great power. Also, I am not trying to accuse OMSK of anything, I was offering a possible explanation. I really can't tell you though why other nations are jumping on OMSK yet leaving ProTec to do its bussiness. We attempt to be as transparant as possible, but our contracts can be very contreversial and we must hold the confidentiality of our employers highly, lest we stop getting jobs.

Sure.
Oh and New Patria is in need of some new Helicopters - Small medium and Large, and will be accepting bids for 4 main roles:
1. Small observation helicopter
2. Medium (S-70 sized) helicopter for multiple roles
3. Large Transport helicopter for Use over the gas fields, military transport et all
4. Medium - light Attack Helicopter
New Patria is also looking into the procurement of a DDH or a small LHD over the next 3-5 years, as the gas wealth comes online.

Yeah, Orthodox volunteers are "OMSK KGB looking for stuff to blow up!" but ProTec runs freaking airstrikes against Ramsley whom they claim are "pirates" (and why would I really believe ProTec on anything?

) and trains Alexander's troops to counter "Red Technocracy tactics".
Be aware, Lord Ramsley
won't be amused.

That's why I set up the ICAC and Military Police at the beginning. Since Q tossed me in a place where I can't trust anyone, I'd just set up people I can trust to start cleaning up the shit. Yes it sounds like a police state, but it's the officials and legislatives that are getting policed.

Bell-Sikorsky offers the CH-53K. Alternatively, you can bid on the CH-53Es the Tian Xia Army is selling.
4. Medium - light Attack Helicopter
Bell-Sikorsky offers the MH-6M.
Additionally, UAVs such as the MQ-8B Fire Scout are possibly suitable for the 1st and 4th roles.
