I believe the standard Assault and Tech roles are also still free. Which means we have people pick around 3-4 positions to fill:
Lt in charge (Deathstalker)
Sergeant (Arthur)
1 or 2 Assault Troopers
1 or 2 Saboteur Troopers
1 or 2 Tech Troopers
1 Sniper (Tycho)
1 Medic (ESB)
1 Engineer (Straha)
1 Independent Pilot (Me

)
Speaking of elite commandos, should I up my character's skills to 14D (rather than the 7 starting points), because I doubt it's currently sufficient.

Hmm... I could take Assault trooper, or tech trooper.

I may just be able to step in and help.

I think it would be fair of you to add some skill dice Darth Utsanomiko. If the GM says we have to many dice, then it can be fixed.

This is why I do it online and pay off the GM.
Anyway, here I go...
Assault Trooper
Dexterity 3D
Blaster 7D, brawling parry 5D+2, dodge 5D+2, grenade 5D, melee combat 5D+2, melee parry 5D+2, vehicle blasters 5D+2, blaster artillery 4D+2
Knowledge 3D
Survival 6D
Mechanical 2D
Beast riding 5D, hover vehicle operation 5D+1, repulsorlift operation 5D
Perception 3D
Hide 6D+2, search 6D+2, sneak 7D
Strength 3D
Brawling 4D+2
Technical 3D
Armor repair 5D, blaster repair 5D, first aid 4D, demolitions 4D+2, security 3D+2
Character Points Move 10
Equipment: To be issued
Note: 53 used skill points. There is one more 1D to be placed in the attributes and 1D into skills
Ok, I think I bolded the Attributes, correct me if I'm wrong. And as to the extra D...
Attributes...one into Dex, so...
Dexterity 4D
Blaster 8D, brawling parry 6D+2, dodge 6D+2, grenade 6D, melee combat 6D+2, melee parry 6D+2, vehicle blasters 6D+2, blaster artillery 6D+2
And skills...one into Hiding.
Perception 3D
Hide 7D+2, search 6D+2, sneak 7D
Correct me if I screwed anything up, but I think I got it right. And is that all I get? What of those "Character point move 10" thingies? Anything else I gotta add (aside from a name of course)?
Of course, I'd prefer to be an NCO *cough*Corporal*cough* but that's up to the GM I guess.

by Captain tycho
Here's my character so far:
Sniper Trooper
Dexterity 3D+2
Blaster 7D, blaster:
sniper blaster rifle 10D+1
brawling parry 5D+2
dodge 7D
grenade 5D+2
melee combat 5D+2
melee parry 6D
Knowledge 3D
Survival 6D
Mechanical 2D
Beast riding 4D
hover vehicle operation 4D
repulsorlift operation 4D
Perception 3D+1
Hide 7D
search 7D
sneak 8D+1
Strength 3D
Brawling 4D+1
climbing 4D+2
Technical 3D
Armor repair 5D
blaster repair 6D
first aid 4D
demolitions 4D+1
security 3D+1
Attribute die is +2 to dex and +1 to perception, which bumps my sneak, search, and hide skills up. Skill increase is +2 to sniper rifles and +1 to dodge.

Force Points and Character Points are points you use to improve a dice roll when you're in a bind, esentally. the standard starting amount is 5 Char. and 1 Force, but more might be added by GM's discretion. Your character is a human, so you're move is 10 (10 meters/round).
Lance Corporal would make more sense, since the squad already has an Officer and an NCO Squad leader already filled. How many more positils do we want to fill, though? looks like we already have 8 players, which is quite a bit.
I'll be adding another 7D of skills to Gorp unless Shep says otherwise.

Very close Rougue Ice. If you put your whole dice into Dex it will be 4D instead of 3D+1, but you have the skills calculated right.
Character points are to be determined ( They are used for building skills)
Your movement is 10 meters a round. They got mixed when i sent them to you.
Everyone but Arthut_tux and myself are Corporals, everyone has been around the block, just like Army Special Forces are usually sergeants at least.

Shouldn't the standard rifle/carbines be BlasTech E-11s? The Stormtrooper One model is a Sullustan copy, iirc. Though that's kind of a minor nit-pick, since I'm pretty sure the stats are identical.
My modified character stats are on page 2, now with 14D in skills.

Who the hell is Anwar Benson soldier!

You are an Imperial Storm Commando!

What is your serial number Sergeant! That goes for all the stormies. You can have a name, but everyone should have serial number at least two letters and three to four numbers long. Otherwise looks good!

That's pretty much my only complaint about the armory, it's nice and
realistic. and has lots of boom boom boom to keep you guys happy

The rifle is the standard model, the carbine is special to the Storm commandos, more power but less range.

Okay, how's SS-454 for a number?
EDIT: First I wanted L88-427, but you never see numbers in the prefix so it wouldn't have fit.

I just wanna use the NCO template to have that extra 1D into skills!
So, I need a name and whatnot. Hmm...
Oh, and when I get it finalized, can someone who can edit stuff in Adobe put it on a char sheet for me?

Sure. The tedious part was creating the text fields. Filling them in took me all of 5 minutes.

Rouge Ice, I balanced all the Storm commandos so they have the same amount of skill points. The regular Storm commando has the most "loose" skill dice because he doesn't have the added skills the other Storm commandos get. And you don't need a name just a number!

This *should* work, but it's a basic illustration of my Ugor garbage hauler captain in all his majesty (minus the black satchel, which is basically a
large courier bag with a shoulder strap).
http://www.geocities.com/tonberimuyo/Gorp.html
The armored suit is most definitely not human in origin, now that I've thought it over and decided it's much thinner, broad-shouldered, and about 1.95m tall. I doubt he knows where it came from before he found it, or if that's even the original helmet (Maybe I should have made it non-humanoid, but proportions and perspective aren't my thing).
The flak-gun is pretty spiffy for being semi-archaic. It uses a battery pack to superheat metal pellets (burning away their thin polymer shells in the process), a pump action to load arounds into the chamber, and holds 4 rounds that load from the top with a metal clip (much like an M1 Garand semi-auto rifle, iirc). Shouldn't be too hard for an Ugor to reload it in combat. I can write down the specific stats if needed.

Still have an opening or two for anyone else to join. Here's the current roster:
Lt in charge (Deathstalker)
Sergeant (Arthur)
Standard Storm Commando(room for 2)
Assault Troopers (Rouge Ice, room for one more)
Saboteur Troopers (room for 2, if you like to sneak/scout AND blow things to hell and gone, this is the template for you!)
1 Tech Trooper(Alyrium Denrylev)
1 Sniper (Tycho)
1 Medic (ESB)
That gives us 6 SCs, have room for 2 to 6 more. I'd like at least a regular SC and a Saboteur at the minimum. I guess they could aways be NPCs, but more fun to have a player.
Not Storm commandos(pity them

)
1 Engineer (Straha)
1 Independent Pilot (Darth Utsanomiko)
If you don't want to play an SC, might be room for a first mate on Darth Uts ship, and maybe another imperial specialist like Straha, maybe an intelligence type operator.
For those already playing, see if you can recruit a few more people!
If they want to look at a Storm Commando template, send them my way.
