But it was just something he made up. If you started reading at the beginning, you would have known that.

That's slowly changing, since girls' breasts are getting bigger and bigger each generation due to the growth hormones they put in meat like beef.
I've seen fourteen year olds with breasts about as big as Rei's, so it's no longer unnatural or anything.
Somebody once said that this is a good thing, but I disagree. I mean, doesn't this seem even a bit like a slow trend toward G-cups or something?
